Founder and CEO
Michael has been dispensing hearing aids since 1988 when he was an apprentice for his family business in Illinois. He has served patients in Illinois, Florida, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts.

Shawn grew up in South Florida and graduated from Florida Atlantic University. He went on to serve in the United States Coast Guard for 12 years, spending his last 9 years of service on Cape Cod.

Sarah Cloud, MBA, MSW, LICSW

Sarah, a licensed hearing instrument apprentice, has been working in the healthcare field for over 25 years as a licensed therapist and experienced manager. In 2015, she cofounded At Home Hearing Healthcare with her husband, Michael, based on the principles of patient advocacy, meeting people where they are at in their lives, and readiness to make a change. Afterall, it is difficult to experience a hearing loss, let alone take action to address it. Together they have built a team of hearing care specialists to deliver exceptional service and care in the comfort and security of our client’s own home.
Lynne Feldman, BS Business
Director of Operations
Lynne has been employed with At Home Hearing Healthcare for six years offering an extensive background in Business Operations and Management. Lynne’s core focus is customer experience and satisfaction. She will work with insurance companies to ensure our valued clients receive the highest quality hearing aids at the best price we can offer. “We know our business success relies on our customers being happy with our skills and services!” Our Mission to service means we are always here for our customers when they need us. “We are only a phone call and a house call away.”
